The Community

The Communities of Fountain Hills are located at the northeast corner of Hwy 152 and North Platte Purchase Drive on approximately 223 acres of gently rolling hills. The community of approximately 600 homes will offer two unique residential neighborhoods:

• • Trails of Fountain Hills homes starting from mid $160,000's
• • Village of Fountain Hills homes starting from the mid $190,000's

The community is conveniently located within 5 minutes of numerous shopping and dining locations including Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, Metro North Mall, Zona Rosa and Board Walk Square. Downtown Kansas City and KCI airport are 10 minutes away. 

The neighborhood is scheduled to have a swimming pool and cabana. The Platte-Clay Sports Complex is located just a couple of miles down the road off of Platte Purchase & 100th Street. The sports complex is for youth baseball and softball.
